How long is it going to take?

How long it will take for your order to arrive at your door depends on two things — the turnaround for the product ordered (including custom finishes) and the delivery time required to ship to your address.

Turnaround

At Mojoprint, we list the turnaround for any given product as ready in x number of business days. This is when the product is ready to be shipped and not when it arrives at your address.

The turnaround is calculated from the following business day that your data is confirmed as print-ready, and your invoice is settled. You can place orders anytime, but orders are not processed on weekends or National Holidays. 5pm is the nominal cut off time for us to process your order for the following day's print run.

Delivery time

This is how long it takes for your package to reach your delivery address once it has left the production hub. This is dependent on where your address is within Japan, but is a minimum of 1 day.
